There are two ways to feed your hair:

Option 1: In the shower – massage into wet hair from root to tip, and rinse out after 10 minutes.

Option 2: Massage into wet hair from root to tip, cover with shower cap and leave in overnight.

Contains natural origin avocado extract – known for its outstanding nourishing properties. The vitamins and fatty acids within avocado oil are also excellent for conditioning all hair types.
